In partnership with Nosferatu and Focus Features, Heretic is proud to collaborate on a fragrance inspired by the iconic vampire. Cold, pale and pellucid, this fragrance evokes the uneasy chill of encountering an apparition. The fragrance opens with a clap of thunder and downpour of rain, strikes of lightning fill the air with petrichor and electricity. Tangled in the stones of the dark, wet heart chord you will find lilac in vivid a bouquet of cadaverous hues punctuated by inky violet absolute. This floral accord of ether conjures memories of forgotten innocence and love everlasting that give way to the peculiar delights of vegan Ambergris. Soft and velvety the ambergris dances on the skin in a nostalgic waltz that is both delicate and hedonistic.
Nosferatu is only in theaters this Christmas.

However, if you give it a minute to dry down it has a wonderful smell that is so nice that I kept going back and smelling my arm frequently over the course of an hour. I will say, as a person who had a lilac bush growing outside of their window growing up and fresh lilacs being my favourite scent, I would not say that this has strong lilac notes like I was expecting (or at all, really).
