Tonka beans are tiny, shriveled, black seeds from the Tonka tree found in Central and South America. Their slightly sweet, vanillic, and smoky hay scent adds a spicy, gourmand edge to a fragrance. Tonka beans work best in spicy and sweet scents featuring similar notes: clove, vanilla, heliotrope, bitter almonds, labdanum, cinnamon, etc. Their vanilla and hay-like scent is ideal for fall or winter, but usually blends well enough to wear any time you need a little sweet, warm spice to liven up the citrus or wood notes in a fragrance.

A bit more unisex than I thought, and I normally go for feminine vanilla/sweet scents, but I like it! A bit strong but it wears very nicely and you do not need much to keep the scent alive

Incognito sweet!
At first this has an overpowering woody smell. When it wears down it leaves a light, sweet scent that pops! I’m not a fan of the initial scent it kind of grows on me. I sort of reminds me of scented toilet paper.

Generally speaking, I dislike sweet scents. So, this has become an usual favorite of mine. It's got that comforting milk note and starts off with that, some sweetness and spiciness and woody. It fades to a slightly spicy marshmallow, but really grown up. I wear this at work sometimes. It's tame enough but I still get compliments. This smells a bit like Avant L'orage, but this is actually sweeter and the better fragrance imo.
