Very disappointed in startup
I was gifted this subscription for Mother's Day, and it took a while to receive the email. When I did, it gave me limited time to learn your site and the process, just as I was leaving for a work trip. By the time I was back, you had shipped me a scent that I hadn't even had a chance to add to my favorites yet, and, of course, I was disappointed. What a waste of the giver's money and my time. Someone should be given more than a few days to a week to choose, people have a life besides the internet. I was excited to finally try this site; now I'm just disappointed my daughter wasted a month's worth of money on something I didn't even have the time or option to make choices. Why have this site if you're going to push people to rush into it all?
