To our fellow fragrance lovers:
As many of you know by now, Scentbird is on the move. Basically, we’re transferring our facilities from Georgia to New Jersey and Pennsylvania, in order to consolidate our operations in the northeast and provide a better service for our whole community. The transition has been tricky due to a few unforeseen glitches (but what’s a move without a few surprises?) but once it’s all done, it will be so worth it.
We will continue the transition through August, and wanted to keep you updated on our progress. You may experience some shipping delays due to the move- we will continue to communicate and sincerely apologize. Some of you might also get a split shipment this month, with a part of the order coming from Georgia and the balance – from our new home in Pennsylvania. Please bear with us through this transition. Your support means so much to us and we know you want your shipment ASAP. The good news is that once it’s done, in addition to having faster shipping for subscribers, all shoppers will enjoy speedier service on gift sets and e-commerce purchases.
Also, I wanted to give you some inside scoop: we will be expanding our offering soon, as well as launching several high-end beauty collections. Stay tuned, because there’s a lot to come over the next few months that I can’t wait to share with you!
I know there are other options out there in beauty and fragrance, and I truly appreciate your patience and loyalty.
