Did wonders for back pain. Overnight.
Tried this for the first time last night. The taste, not good. At all. I put it in orange juice and could barely taste the horridness that is the taste. It is suggested to use 1-2 tsp. I am a 120-lb female, so I used 1/4 tsp just to see how it did. I woke up this morning with very minimal back pain. I have knots, kinks, muscles constantly giving me hell... this horrid goodness did wonders. 🖤

Vivid Dreams, Yes. Lucid Dreams, No.
As somebody who has experienced lucid dreaming on many occasions, I can say that none of these occasions were while I used this. But I did have deep restful sleeps with a lot of pleasant vivid dreaming. In fact I had better recall and could pinpoint more than one dream per night, which was unusual for me. Usually I only recall one dream so recalling more than one is not the norm. Anyway the taste was mild. I added it to herbal tea and it was fine. It left me a bit groggy first thing in the morning though so early risers beware but the grogginess wore off quickly. The bottle is a little small. It will only last a handful of days if you use 2tbs as directed, of course that depends on how often you use it.

Works Perfectly - BUT Get A Medical Opinion FIRST Due To Potential Interactions.
Will this do exactly what the label claims to - give lucid dreams? Absolutely! Works great! But it may also adversely and severely interact with medications/other herbal supplements. Psych meds, depression meds, pain management meds, liver function, epilepsy meds, blood thinners and blood pressure meds are the most common interactions with this ingredient list. I discontinued use due to the fact I'd been on a popular skin clearing acne prescription before and kava is very hepatoxic. Before starting this, it would be smart to take the ingredient list to your doctor along with any medicines you're currently / have ever taken so you can get a good medical opinion. It's a good thing I took this list to my doctor because I'm also on an anti-depressant and the outcome could've been dangerous. I wouldn't recommend driving after taking this, go right to bed as it made me loopy and tired. I was told it could be potentially toxic with alcohol, especially if on any meds, so I wouldn't drink while taking this at all. It does help you fall asleep fast, have intense dreams and they're vivid. I did experience nausea and vomiting but while several of these herbs are said to cause nausea, it may not necessarily happen to you. Mine was a neurological psych med for depression interaction. Non-FDA regulated herbs aren't required to warn (they should put a disclaimer on this anyway) but if it's safe for you, you'll get all the sleep-inducing herbs all in one easy tonic that doesn't taste horrible. It really puts you out, takes a few minutes to work and I knew this, so I thankfully didn't couple it with my regular sleep-inducing vitamin! Works very intensely, so enjoy.
Excellent source of information for people
Thank you so much for this review. I'm bad about not looking at ingredients. I remember a doctor in the past telling me about kava kava and after researching decided it wasn't worth the risk. Really appreciate you for this!!
