Our founders
Mariya Nurislamova
Founder & CEO
Mariya has a strong vision for Scentbird, a clear understanding of the tech industry, as well as a great nose and the ability to translate fragrance into moving visuals. She is a speed reading coach and danced ballroom professionally for 8years- but her true passion is Perfume. She moved to NYC from her native Russia, began a scent blog and started Scentbird in early 2013.
Sergei Gusev
Founder & CPO
Sergei Gusev has a deep expertise in leading product development in the consumer startup space. Prior to joining Scentbird, he was Head of product development for Social Mart (a large CPC Ad Network). A seasoned entrepreneur, he sold his first company at age 22. He is an expert in growth hacking and gamification, as well as product development, UI and UX design and project management.
Andrei Rebrov
Founder & CTO
Andrei’s goals are to improve engineering and coaching skills that can help teams deliver projects in time, and make customer happy. Andrei is an Agile engineering coach and is also the founder of Russian Craftsmanship Community. He is a father and a husband.
