Not for Me
I thought from the descriptions that I would love this scent. I couldn’t have been more wrong. It is so over powering it made me full ill. I wish I could return it. One spray was enough.
I didn’t choose this scent so I’m not sure why it was sent to me but the second I smelled it I was in LOVE! It is absolutely beautiful! I love it SO much I am very tempted to never wear anything but this ! It’s soft yet bold . I’m not sure if we can name drop perfumes but it reminds me of a very popular perfume !
It has staying power...and that isn't a good thing.....
This scent just did not work with my body chemistry at all. In the bottle it was okay but I kind of knew it might go south once I put it on, but of course I gave it a go (It is heavy like a mans cologne). Well I was right...it was very very strong, so if you like it a little will go a long way, but it kind of ended up smelling like Raid bug spray or maybe dollar store oven cleaner once it meshed with my skin. One good thing though, if you like it, it sure has legs because I could not wash it off for the life of me and it was so bad I couldn't stand to wear it all day. Luckily my niece likes scents that are strong like this and they work on her, so it was a nice random gift for her.
Molinard Ambre - Thumbs Down
Do not like this at all!! Bad scent!
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!
This is a deep romantic, yet sexy fragrance. A must try.
I do not like it at all
But...but...it was named after you!
not bad but not for me
This wasn't the scent for me. It wasn't unpleasant but it felt dated and more of what I remember my great aunts wearing. It lasted for a while too. Definitely a strong scent but not what I'm looking for.
Great at first
I love the scent for the first hour or so, but then it smells like dusting powder. I am a huge fan of patchouli and will try any partum that has it. I was rather disappointed in this one though.
It’s way toooo strong and smells awful
Smells like the perfume my Sunday school teacher would wear. I wore to work an it offended the noses of my coworkers and now they refuse to sit by me if i wear this perfume. Very strong scent that lasts for hours.
This fragrance did not disappoint. It's a refined floral with warm and musky notes that lingers through the day. It's unique and very chic and masks me think of Europe.
Very strong scent that stayed with me all day. It has a spicy vanilla and musk smell to it. Not something I would wear often, but still like on certain occasions.
i REALLY LIKE THE SENT BUT IT JUST DOESN'T STAY WITH ME. A TOTAL OF A HALF HOUR AND THAT'S IT. ALL IN ALL THE SMELL IS WONDERFUL, I JUST WISH IT STAYED SMELLING A LOT LONGER. YOUR MAILING IS TERRIFIC, RIGHT ON TIME. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO. MARLENE WREISNER
This one isn’t horrible. It’s one of the ones I can tolerate but it definitely isn’t my favorite. I probably wouldn’t purchase. But i’ll use it up. It smells slightly sweet but dark...maybe a little sexy.
I did not enjoy this scent, it is pleasant but reminded me of my grandmother. Not really appropriate for mid 30’s.
It's a really good scent if you really love dark earthy scents. I mean, like really love them. It was too strong for me
Did not smell good on me at all. I smelled like an old lady!
Tired of all the old lady remarks. Get an imagination for pete sake.
Loved this scent. Was spicy and musky, I've been looking for a scent close to the original Guess and this is the closest I've come. Loved it and it didn't smell like my grandmother.
This is a very spicy, earthy scent. It's strong, so you don't need more than a spritz in the air and walk through it. When I say strong, I mean STRONG. Reminds me a bit of Old Spice, but more ladylike.
Literally the worst smelling perfume for anyone under the age of 85. Not only did it REEK, it didn't go away. You can smell like a nursing home without air conditioning on a warm summer's day or you could just go with almost any other perfume. This was the first time I was ever disappointed by a perfume from Scentbird!
Well said Cheri, I like to say maybe it's the canvas and not the medium. I also do not understand the " old lady "comments. I figure it's got to be the selfie obsessed who think conversation is done with your fingertips and no eye contact.
Working out type of scent? I don't think so. That's silly. Some of the oldest perfumes are best sellers among all ages. (Chanel and Guerlain are two companies). Once you interact with the scent community more often, you'll learn that scent is a personal thing and not related to age. You may not like this scent but it might work well on another person your age. I wore my grandmother's YSL Opium at age 16. I got many compliments. Stick to the facts.
I thought I'd try this one because of the vanilla and musk. Did not care for this - to me it's "older lady" smell. I tried to wear it a couple times and my kids ask...why do you smell like a grandma? LOL!
It is very spicy which I love. Kinda masculine and feminine at the same time which I think is sexy. I love all the undertones.
I like this scent but it reminds me of my grandmother. You can totally smell the amber. It also smells slightly spicy and vanilla-y
Lubin Kismet was an amber scent created in the early 1900's. It's still modern and timeless, and one of the first mainstream ambers, along with Shalimar. In fact, amber scents go much further back, in the form of spice and incense, plus aged tree resins. It has a dignified history.
I love this fragrance! It's a bit strong so be careful how much you apply. Lasts forever on me. While I rate this 5 stars, I suspect my cat thinks otherwise. She won't go near me when I wear this fragrance for some reason.
Little old lady ish, but I love it.. Goes well with my chemistry..
