Simmer Down

A bit too floral and sweet for me.

This fragrance has a beautiful smell to it, but that scent feels hidden behind something synthetic keeping it from being really great. I do wish it lasted longer too.

I really enjoyed the scent. It's subtle and fresh. I had a lot of compliments!

This smells nice don’t get me wrong but it’s gone in under an hour which shouldn’t even be a thing for men’s cologne, the projection and silage should be better for the fact that it’s men’s cologne. There’s something fizzy smelling (not a bad thing, smells like a martini) about it when it’s wet on skin still but when it dries down, it smells slightly aquatic and I think it’s the bergamot. You smell all the fruity notes in the scent, plus the amber, and some spice. Now, it’s not one of the sexiest colognes out there and definitely not date night either but maybe for the office type of scent because it’s not offensive and it’s gone so soon lol. This cologne a can be nice for someone who doesn’t care about compliments and/or someone who doesn’t feel like they need outside reassurance from random people like yes compliments can be flattering but should we anticipate and pay so much money just to get a compliment…from a stranger? The dry down after some time increasingly smells like Amyris, there’s a balsamic aroma about the cologne but all in all, it’s nice and simple for someone who just wants to have a scent on and aren’t too particular but would definitely at least want to have a cologne on. Also, if you’re a person that actually enjoys when a fragrance doesn’t last very long because you want to eventually wear another cologne throughout the day, this would be a good morning scent then you can wear another cologne later! Totally fine if you like a switch up 😌
