I received my December 2018 order right near the end of the month, if I'm not mistaken; prior to that, I had not received ANYTHING in the mail from SB since like early October-ish, IIRC? From ≈ late October/early November, I suddenly began to receive what was in my eyes an extraordinarily-unusual influx of Scentbird notification emails, the kind letting you know that they've deleted a particular fragrance choice from your preset queue of selections for *one* reason or another, and they just wanted to keep you informed of anything that'd suddenly changed, & aside from those aforementioned, I'd not received any additional shipping data - electronically or otherwise - or explanatory-/apologetic-esque emails of any kind *whatsoever* since then, until this morning - Saturday, January 26, 2019 - wherein I discovered not 1, but ~2~! tracking-info messages in my mailbox, each containing details for a separate fragrance package, both of which were set to arrive by Monday at the latest, but which seemed more likely to already be out for delivery & en route to my residence with today's bundle o' bills, oddly enough...one of the scents in question was January's; the other, freaking **NOVEMBER'S.** Almost February 2019 before I finally ended up getting my November 2018 order, which December somehow got around mysteriously without incident. Hopefully they are now all sorted out & have administratively-reorganized with the arrival of another new year + a clean slate to start fresh from so we aren't made to suffer the adversely-ill aftereffects of such poorly-executed,
unbelievably-chaotic, corporate-level business decisions of such similar ilk.
