I just got my perfume, from August!!!
This was by far the longest shipping experience, I’ve ever had. Haha
My first order in July amazing. Came within 2 weeks, then August hit, nothing, September came and went STILL nothing. Finally in October I emailed them got 15 emails to my one email all random ppl and random dates asking if I have been helped, by their email. No, not at all as it took 3 months to get my fragrance. Honestly if it wasn’t for the fact I have 3 free months from referring ppl I would’ve already canceled. Horrible customer service experience. It’s also embarrassing, because I referred 3 people who I have them a great review, only to have these people tell me, “are you sure? It’s been two months, they took my money immediately and I still have t received anything” super embarrassing. That’s the last time I refer anyone to scentbird. How humiliating.
