Carner Barcelona’s Sweet William is a cozy-soft and sweet blend of piquantly spiced cardamom, white pepper, and cinnamon decorating a floral heart of rich, velvety ylang-ylang and plush dianthus carnation blossoms. Vanilla, musk, and Laotian benzoin deliciously round out this spicy, sophisticated floral.

Need to highlight
Need to let customers know very very strong cinnamon scent and i didnt care for the scent very much.
Well it’s a wonderful scent, a bit too peppery for me but it grew on me. After a while the spicy went away and was a lovely mild scent. Lasted long too
I love it
The scent is wonderful and my husband loves it.
Too Old smelling
It smelled too much like an old lady scent in my opinion im younger and i wanna smell as such so I think I'm just in the process of learning what scents to avoid
Love this scent.
My favorite sent!
I love it my husband loves it to every time I wear it he wants to snuggle.
if you enjoy smelling like your grandma.
This was very floral for my taste. I like spicy, woodsy scents and this is a no for me. I mean it’s not terrible if you like a soft floral, that’s just not my taste.
this is a Karen perfume
Well done peppery carnation scent, very unisex & all about carnations
Sweet William comes on strong with the black pepper and carnation in the top notes. As it develops and dries down, the ylang and other notes come in to balance the fragrance. It's very well done and very unisex. I don't love carnation notes enough to purchase a full bottle of this but I am enjoying my decant and sharing it with my husband.
It’s a clean smell awesome smell
I like some of the notes, but the pervading bite is almost offensive. It is sweet in a gross way
more rosey than carnation
I knew there was a chance that this would be too powdery because of the iris. Yep, it's too powdery. Lovely spicy carnation though.
New Favorite Scent!
In three years of using Scentbird, this is my favorite new scent. I liked it so much that I bought a full bottle as a gift for someone else. She also loves it. It's very well-balanced, long-lasting without being overpowering, and just different enough to stand out.
A little musky
delicate fragrance, a bit subdude
I don't care for the scent it smells strong.
Smells like pharmacy powder spray from 1999
Very pretty floral, different from the average
Sweet William on me is a very lovely peppery floral, like a cross between carnation and creamy smooth jasmine. It's light but not thin and dries to a soft floral vanilla carnation. I'm really liking this one.
very pretty carnation scent, powdery, old fashioned scent

Not My Favorite
I love love love carnation. Which is an increasingly hard perfume note to find since it has such an old-fashioned reputation. But carnation can bring delicious spice to perfume when done right! Lush's Potion was a favorite of mine several years back which had carnation, rose and tangerine. But sadly it's been discontinued for years, I was hoping this would be a nice replacement. However, this just didn't do it for me. It opens with a super-strong carnation top note which I loved but I found that it dries down almost immediately into a sort of vintage powdery type scent with some warm spice. Reminded me a bit of Coty powder actually, very old school. If you love vintage fragrances, you'll probably enjoy this but it wasn't for me.
I live how it smell very femenit
55 to 64
As a child, I loved the spicy scent of carnations grown in a garden. I’m 64, And adored this perfume from the minute I put it on. My skin tends to destroy scents, but this lasts for a good eight hours. Love, love this perfume.
It smelled awful
I absolute love this scent!
More feminine than unisex imo
I am glad I picked this. It's different from most of my perfumes. The carnation is fresh but not sharp and rounded out by powdery Iris. The spices add depth but do not overwhelm. It's a well blended and good quality soapy floral with a touch of cream soda sweetness. Enjoyable.
Kind of like Rima XI
I love this perfume/cologne house. My favorites are Tardes, Rima XI and Costarela. I find their scents to be unique and sophisticated. I do not smell the pepper in this one, but it does remind me of Rima XI. Young and fresh with a hint of warmth.
Literally smells like every older woman that over wears perfume.
