I completely agree!! I was hoping it was a sample size sent for us to try, not the actual size. I also thought it was sent because I (we) have waited months for our monthly subscription. I’m still missing one and have not received October yet. So, I am missing two! That’s $30.
My husband keeps saying cancel my subscription, they don’t have a delay on getting their $15 but I am just now receiving July and August...should have been better prepared for the move up north. I have written four emails, no response, and there is no way to call.
I sincerely hope ScentBird doesn’t change anymore, i have truly enjoyed my monthly perfumes.
