I wish the lilac was more forward because I feel like a stronger floral note would better balance the smell. I'm going to try layering it with pistol whip to see. BUT it's one of the only scents I've gotten that claims petrichor and actually smells like petrichor! The impression is definitely herbal and cold, very much like wet stone. It's super cool, but I can see why others don't like it. I've never gotten a scent like this, despite hunting for something similar.

I reallly understand the tone they were going for, but it’s really just unwearable. Too dirty/ambergris-y. I don’t get enough petrichor, so it just ends up smelling like body odor to me. My partner doesn’t seem to think it’s that bad, but I would never leave the house smelling like this :^(

I was so intrigued by the notes but this literally smells like you squished a stink bug. I’m so disappointed !

im gonna be honest, i didnt like it to begin with . it was strong at first , kinda spicy (but in the pepper in the kitchen cabinet way) and just overall not for me . but i didnt put it down , i had been so excited for this scent ever since it came out , and i was determined to like it . i kept wearing it , and i kept asking my friends and family (and my therapist) if they liked it . they all had mixed reviews , but the more i wore it , the more i liked it . now its not so terribly spicy , but instead its a softer spice , with earthy undertones . like a graveyard almost ! perfect for every gothic spooky person's need imo !!!

I was not a fan as it's really earthy smelling, but this has become one of my husband's favorite scents on me.
