Nosferatu

Makes me think of warm laundry from the dryer. Also a chilly night during a thunderstorm. I adore this one so much and it makes me feel clean by just wearing it. Very fall and spring.

The quintessential vampire smell. When I wear this perfume the opening notes are dust on skin, and lilacs that have fallen off their branch. It has a very 'old' but not unpleasant smell, like when you open a vintage book and the pages are a little worn and dusty. The middle notes are where the petrichor comes through. Very much like you had just washed your laundry with a floral detergent, hung them out on the line to dry, and a storm rolled in soaking the clothes. The base notes are very antique, similar to when you visit a century home, it smells like the upholstered furnishings, very victorian era luxury. Could be worn to the following places: Visiting the mausoleum of a relative you have never met, writing adoring but doomed poetry to your lover on a Sunday, and an empty church full of raven's in the rafters on a rainy day.

This is a very unusual scent. It definitely smells of wet stones, and mossy grass. I don’t feel like I’m wearing a scent at all more like I smell like nature. It’s really cool.

The petrichor scent just wasn’t for me. This would be perfect for anyone that wants a truly earthy scent. It made me feel like a bog witch in the best way. I unfortunately couldn’t ever smell any of the other notes, and it got to be a little too much for me.

I can only describe the smell as dead flowers in stagnant pond water
