1. Promotion Description

This is a limited-quantity, first-come, first-served promotional offer (the “Promotion”) made available by Scentbird, Inc. and 401 Cottontail Lane, Somerset, NJ 08873 (“Sponsor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to customers who make a Qualifying Purchase (defined below) on scentbird.com during the Promotion Period. The Promotion is not time-limited beyond the outer backstop date above; it will end as soon as the maximum number of Rewards has been claimed, which may occur before or after any particular date.

THIS PROMOTION IS NOT A SWEEPSTAKES, CONTEST, RAFFLE, OR GAME OF CHANCE. Rewards are awarded strictly in the order that Qualifying Purchases are received and processed, on a first-come, first-served basis, until the maximum number of Rewards has been claimed. Because award of the Reward is not determined by chance, no purchase-free alternate method of entry is offered or required.

2. Eligibility

• Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if older) at the time of the Qualifying Purchase.
• Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent company, affiliated brands, and each of their respective advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or household members (whether related or not) of each such employee are not eligible.
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Terms and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

3. How to Qualify

During the Promotion Period, purchase one or more of the following Eligible Products in a single e-commerce order on scentbird.com (a “Qualifying Purchase”):

• 8ml Sunrise on the Reaping EDP à la carte fragrance
• 9ml Sunrise on the Reaping EDP fragrance
• 20ml Sunrise on the Reaping EDP fragrance
• 50ml Sunrise on the Reaping EDP fragrance
• Sunrise on the Reaping Fragrance Case

Qualifying Purchases are evaluated in the order in which they are placed/processed. Orders that do not include at least one Eligible Product, that are cancelled, refused, returned, unpaid, or identified as fraudulent, are not eligible and will be skipped in the queue.

4. The Reward

The first one hundred (100) Qualifying Purchases received during the Promotion Period will each receive one (1) digital voucher redeemable for two (2) movie tickets via Atom Tickets (each, a “Reward”), for a maximum total of 200 movie tickets (100 vouchers) available under this Promotion. Approximate retail value of each Reward: $32 (based on average ticket price; actual value may vary by market and film). Once the maximum number of Rewards has been claimed, the Promotion will end immediately, regardless of how much time has elapsed since launch or how far in advance of the outer backstop date this occurs, and Sponsor is under no obligation to award additional Rewards or extend the Promotion.

Limit: one (1) Reward per customer, regardless of the number of Qualifying Purchases made. If a customer places more than one Qualifying Purchase during the Promotion Period, only the first such order will be evaluated for Reward eligibility; subsequent orders from the same customer do not qualify for an additional Reward. Sponsor may use account information, email address, shipping address, name, and/or payment information to identify and consolidate orders from the same customer for purposes of enforcing this limit.

5. Reward Delivery & Redemption

• Customers whose orders qualify for a Reward will receive a unique redemption code by email from Scentbird following purchase confirmation. Please allow 5–7 business days for delivery of the code.
• It is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure the email address on file with the order is accurate and able to receive the redemption email; Sponsor is not responsible for codes that are lost, delayed, or undelivered due to incorrect contact information, spam filtering, or similar issues outside Sponsor’s control.
• Redemption codes must be redeemed through Atom Tickets no later than December 31, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM ET (the “Redemption Deadline”). Codes not redeemed by the Redemption Deadline will expire automatically and cannot be reissued, extended, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or credit.
• Redemption is subject to Atom Tickets’ own terms of use, ticketing fees (if any), theater and showtime availability, and film release schedules, none of which are controlled by Sponsor.

6. Third-Party Platform Disclaimer

Atom Tickets is an independent, third-party ticketing platform that is not owned or operated by Sponsor and is not a sponsor of this Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for, and makes no representations or warranties regarding, Atom Tickets’ website availability, ticket inventory, participating theaters, film availability, or any errors, interruptions, or issues arising from use of the Atom Tickets platform. Any disputes regarding redemption through Atom Tickets should be directed to Atom Tickets in accordance with its own terms of service.

7. General Conditions

• Rewards are not transferable, and may not be sold, bartered, or exchanged for cash, credit, or any other prize or substitute, in whole or in part, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
• Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a Reward of equal or greater value if the advertised Reward becomes unavailable for any reason.
• Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion, or these Official Terms, at any time and for any reason, including if the Promotion is not capable of running as planned due to circumstances outside Sponsor’s control, without liability, subject to applicable law.
• Any taxes, fees, or expenses associated with receipt or use of a Reward not expressly stated herein are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
• By participating, each customer agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this Promotion or receipt, redemption, or use (or inability to use) of a Reward.
• This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
• These Official Terms are subject to, and should be read together with, Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. By participating, each customer acknowledges that their personal information will be collected, used, and shared as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of administering the Promotion and enforcing the one-Reward-per-customer limit.
• Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of New Jersey, and each participant consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. By participating, each customer agrees that any claims relating to this Promotion shall be resolved on an individual basis and shall not be brought as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
