Never received this eyeliner
Scentbird sent me my two other items I had in my queue for September (I’m signed up for 3 items each month).. received my two other September items in mid November - but this eyeliner (that has such rave reviews) was missing from the mailed package. I emailed scentbird multiple times with no resolution or mention of my eyeliner, only thing they responded with was comments regarding the fact that their shipments are delayed due to the warehouse issue, and how much they apologize for this. The tracking info for the eyeliner shows it was mailed/delivered in the same package as my other 2 september items. I don’t know what their emails were trying to resolve, but it just made me even more frustrated. I’m sure this product - the eyeliner is great, but until I receive it, along with my October and (wishful thinking) my November shipments as well - I have no actual positive remarks about the actual product, only the serious lack of customer service.
