i did not order a case every month
I am pissed off I talked to someone I don't want a case every month when I spoke to customer service they said they will cancel My case that's bs. I got a text or email about everyday trying to charge me not only that my first perfume case I got my first month does not even work I told them about it and that I have to send them pics now how do I proof that Thur a pic it doesn't lock in my perfume and also my first perfume bottle doesn't even close correctly that it came half way not even full. This is bs

I did not order this! I get 2 every month from ScentBox for free! I don’t need any extra ones that I have to pay for! I am pissed... this will be the reason I cancel!!! Don’t charge me for something I don’t want or need without even asking or telling me it’s going to be added? No!

Not what I wanted, but customer service saved the day!
No. I don’t like this case, but I will say Customer Service did go out of their way to make sure this was taking care of. I didn’t authorize this on my account and my best guess is knew you sign up it automatically applies the monthly cases. You do have the ability to remove the monthly case subscription in your “subscription history” tab for those who are curious. I contacted Customer Service and let them know the situation. At first they were following policy, until I explained the situation further. This company is new and running one is difficult. This might be an issue now, but I think it will be fixed in a timely fashion. Customer Service provided a solution for me and that’s all I really wanted. Nobody is prefect and at the end of the day it’s not about the money, it’s about what we spend it on. If it was a color I enjoy, truthfully, I would have never said a word. Thanks again Scent Bird keep on, keeping on.

Love It!
I recieved the request to subscribe and I clicked yes. I'm glad I did. I really just wanted a few, because I wanted to be able to carry one in my briefcase and one in my purse, plus keep one at home. For the just in case moments. I think I may get a couple more. I'd like to know where to go to cancel the subscription when I'm ready? I do however LOVE THEM!! Thank you!!

Shame Shame!
This is only my 2nd month getting this, and you are already charging me for something I didnt want, need or order. I suggest my $10.00 is refunded immediately or I will also cancel my subscription and my husband's! very very dishonest of you! shame shame!

I did not order this case . .. and my card was charged for it.... I have sent a message and hoping you guys get back to me sooner than later. I already had to pay an overdraft fee for this mistake.

Didn’t order a case and I couldn’t remove it from my order because it was “too late”. Never even chose this color (bronze). They’re also very poorly made cases and the paint color peels off easily. I really like SB. If this happens again, I’m calling BS and unsubscribing as well.
