Perfume wont come out of case!
The case is very nice but each month i have received a case there is one if my selections in it when it arrives and it WON'T come out if case!! Thus i cant reuse case! I complained once before and it was replaced but fir the past 2 months ive had same issue. Perfume sprays when trying to get it out of case, i dont like wasting it!!

I am pissed off I talked to someone I don't want a case every month when I spoke to customer service they said they will cancel My case that's bs. I got a text or email about everyday trying to charge me not only that my first perfume case I got my first month does not even work I told them about it and that I have to send them pics now how do I proof that Thur a pic it doesn't lock in my perfume and also my first perfume bottle doesn't even close correctly that it came half way not even full. This is bs

No. I don’t like this case, but I will say Customer Service did go out of their way to make sure this was taking care of. I didn’t authorize this on my account and my best guess is knew you sign up it automatically applies the monthly cases. You do have the ability to remove the monthly case subscription in your “subscription history” tab for those who are curious. I contacted Customer Service and let them know the situation. At first they were following policy, until I explained the situation further. This company is new and running one is difficult. This might be an issue now, but I think it will be fixed in a timely fashion. Customer Service provided a solution for me and that’s all I really wanted. Nobody is prefect and at the end of the day it’s not about the money, it’s about what we spend it on. If it was a color I enjoy, truthfully, I would have never said a word. Thanks again Scent Bird keep on, keeping on.
I recieved the request to subscribe and I clicked yes. I'm glad I did. I really just wanted a few, because I wanted to be able to carry one in my briefcase and one in my purse, plus keep one at home. For the just in case moments. I think I may get a couple more. I'd like to know where to go to cancel the subscription when I'm ready? I do however LOVE THEM!! Thank you!!

Randomly in my order
Didn’t order a case and I couldn’t remove it from my order because it was “too late”. Never even chose this color (bronze). They’re also very poorly made cases and the paint color peels off easily. I really like SB. If this happens again, I’m calling BS and unsubscribing as well.
