1. SPONSOR<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

This giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Scentbird, Inc., 401 Cottontail Lane, Somerset, NJ 08873, in partnership with WildBrain CPLG on behalf of the Strawberry Shortcake brand (collectively, “Sponsors”).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated with Instagram. By participating, you acknowledge that Instagram bears no responsibility for this Promotion and release Instagram from any and all liability arising from or related to this Promotion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. ELIGIBILITY<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Scentbird, WildBrain, Strawberry Shortcake, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) or households are not eligible to enter or win.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Void where prohibited by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. PROMOTION PERIOD<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The Promotion begins on July 09, 2026 and ends on July 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) (the “Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Sponsors’ computer is the official timekeeping device for this Promotion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. HOW TO ENTER<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

To enter the Promotion during the Promotion Period, complete all of the following steps on Instagram:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.  Follow both @scentbird and @StrawberryShortcake on Instagram.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.  Like the official Berry Bestie Giveaway post on the @scentbird Instagram page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.  Tag at least one (1) friend in the comments of the official giveaway post. Each qualifying comment tagging a different friend constitutes one (1) separate entry. You may tag multiple friends in separate comments to receive additional entries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bonus Entry: Reposting the official giveaway post to your Instagram Story with both @scentbird and @StrawberryShortcake tagged constitutes one (1) additional bonus entry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All entries must be made from a public Instagram account. Entries made from private accounts cannot be verified and will be disqualified. Comments must be in English. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means will be disqualified. Mass entries and entries submitted through third-party services are not eligible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Limit: There is no limit on the number of entries per person provided each additional comment tags a unique, different individual. Multiple comments tagging the same person will count as one (1) entry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. PRIZE<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize: $218.60.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and has no cash value. No substitutions will be made except at the Sponsors’ sole discretion. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, if any, associated with receipt of the Prize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

One (1) winner will be selected between May 21 and May 22nd, 2026 in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted by Scentbird or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The potential winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message (DM) from the official @scentbird account only. Scentbird will never ask a winner to pay any fee, provide a credit card number, or download any application in order to claim a prize. If you receive a DM from any account other than the verified @scentbird account claiming you have won, it is fraudulent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The potential winner must respond to the notification DM within forty-eight (48) hours of the notification being sent. Failure to respond within 48 hours may result in forfeiture of the Prize and an alternate winner may be selected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected if: (a) the potential winner cannot be contacted; (b) the potential winner is found to be ineligible; (c) the potential winner declines the Prize; or (d) the potential winner fails to return any required documentation within the specified time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. PRIZE FULFILLMENT<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The Prize will be shipped to the winner at no cost within approximately 4\u20136 weeks of winner verification and fulfillment of all required documentation. Delivery is limited to the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. A physical mailing address (no P.O. boxes) is required to receive the Prize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsors, which are final and binding. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion in the event of fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsors’ reasonable control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sponsors are not responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or unintelligible entries; (b) failed, garbled, or jumbled transmissions; (c) errors in these Official Rules; (d) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, from entry into or participation in the Promotion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. PUBLICITY<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Prize constitutes winner’s consent for Sponsors to use winner’s Instagram username, likeness, and statements about the Promotion for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without further notice or compensation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. PRIVACY<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Any personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used solely for administration of the Promotion and Prize fulfillment, and will be handled in accordance with Scentbird’s Privacy Policy, available at www.scentbird.com\/privacy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Somerset County, New Jersey, and entrants hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any claims or causes of action shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
