1. SPONSOR<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This giveaway The John Wick Experience x Scentbird VIP Giveaway (the \u201cGiveaway\u201d) is sponsored by Scentbird, Inc., 401 Cottontail Lane, Somerset, NJ, 08873 (\u201cSponsor\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The John Wick Experience VIP tickets are provided by Lions Gate Entertainment Inc. (\u201cLionsgate\u201d). Lionsgate is not the sponsor or administrator of this Giveaway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. ELIGIBILITY<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and Lionsgate, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members are not eligible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Guest of winner must meet all venue age requirements. Any guest under 16 attending the John Wick Experience must be accompanied by an adult. Guests under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign any required waivers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Giveaway begins on March 17th 2026 at 7:00pm Eastern Time (\u201cET\u201d) and ends on March 31st 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (\u201cGiveaway Period\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4. HOW TO ENTER Instagram Entry<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n TikTok Entry<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Limit one (1) standard entry per person per platform during the Giveaway Period. Participants may receive one (1) additional bonus entry on each platform by completing the applicable Bonus Entry requirement above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A total of two (2) winners will be selected \u2014 one (1) random winner from eligible Instagram entries and one (1) random winner from eligible TikTok entries. Each winner will receive the Prize for themselves and one (1) guest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Use of automated systems, bots, or fraudulent entry methods is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n No purchase necessary to enter or win.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or TikTok. By entering, participants release Instagram and TikTok from any responsibility related to this Giveaway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 5. PRIZES<\/p>\n\n\n\n Two (2) winners will each receive the following (the \u201cPrize\u201d):<\/p>\n\n\n\n Approximate Retail Value (\u201cARV\u201d) per winner: $1,400 USD, broken down approximately as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Total ARV of all Prizes: approximately $2,800 USD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent permitted except at Sponsor\u2019s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize, in whole or in part, with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for any reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n All details of the Prize (including but not limited to any anticipated dates and times) are subject to change at Sponsor\u2019s sole discretion. The ARV represents Sponsor\u2019s good faith determination of the actual fair market value and, as ultimately determined by Sponsor, is final and binding and cannot be challenged or appealed. In the event that a stated ARV is more than the actual fair market value, the difference will not be awarded in cash or otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 6. Travel Conditions<\/p>\n\n\n\n Travel dates are subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. All travel must be completed by June 30th 2026. If winner is unable to travel within the specified timeframe, prize may be forfeited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Winner is responsible for all expenses not expressly stated herein, including but not limited to ground transportation, meals, baggage fees, travel insurance, incidentals, and personal expenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If the John Wick Experience is canceled, rescheduled, or modified for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION<\/p>\n\n\n\n Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Winners will be notified via direct message from @scentbird on the platform where they entered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To claim the Prize, winner must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Respond to @scentbird\u2019s direct message within 48 hours<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Verify eligibility<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Provide required fulfillment information<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where permitted by law, a Publicity Release within the timeframe specified by Sponsor (i.e., within 48 hours of Sponsor\u2019s direct message).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 8. TAXES<\/p>\n\n\n\n Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the Prize where required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 9. PUBLICITY<\/p>\n\n\n\n By entering the Giveaway, and except where prohibited by law, each entrant grants Sponsor, Lionsgate, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, advertising and Giveaway agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents the unconditional right and permission to use such entrant’s name, city and state of residence, photograph, video and audio recordings, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements, and any other indicia of persona (collectively, “Likeness”) for advertising, trade, promotional, and publicity purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, review, approval, permission, or compensation. Winner and Winner’s guest may be required to participate in promotional activities related to the Giveaway, including but not limited to interviews, photographs, and video recordings, and agree to cooperate fully with Sponsor’s reasonable requests in connection with such activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Notwithstanding the foregoing, residents of Tennessee and other states where prohibited by law may affirmatively decline to grant such publicity rights by notifying Sponsor in writing at the address set forth in Section 14 within seven (7) days of winner notification. Such decline shall not affect eligibility to win or receive the Prize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 10. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY<\/p>\n\n\n\n By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Lionsgate, Instagram, TikTok, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 11. GENERAL CONDITIONS<\/p>\n\n\n\n Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor\u2019s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 12. GOVERNING LAW<\/p>\n\n\n\n This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
