New Perfumes for September 2025: The Scentbird September Issue<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Because if Vogue is turning the page with Chloe Malle stepping into Wintour\u2019s heels, Scentbird\u2019s September Issue is turning the nozzle on a new season of scents. And this one is massive. Think Aesop Above Us, Steorra floating into orbit, and Dior prepping Les R\u00e9coltes Majeures Le Jasmin to bloom early in the month. Ellis Brooklyn has already dropped Queens Caramel (a gourmand fit for royalty), and that\u2019s just page one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Flip further, and the editorials only get juicier: collabs are on the horizon with Ice Spice x Revlon, Swarovski x Coty, and Palm Angels x Revlon\u2014proof that winter may be cold, but the future is looking bright enough to blind the front row.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the name didn\u2019t give it away, Steorra (an Old English word for stars) is aiming straight for the heavens. Created with perfumer C\u00e9line Barel, this opulent amber-spice blend feels like a fable told through the medium of scent, with powdery amber, labdanum warmth, and resinous woods coming together in a story of awe and possibility. It\u2019s inspired by that starry-eyed moment of gazing up at a midnight sky, equal parts wonder and \u201cwhat if.\u201d Still on pre-order, but trust us\u2014we\u2019re already seeing stars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Best for Jasmine Lovers: Les R\u00e9coltes Majeures Le Jasmin\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Leave it to Francis Kurkdjian, one of our favorite perfumers, to make jasmine sound like poetry. For Dior\u2019s latest R\u00e9colte Majeure, he recreated jasmine from Grasse in all its airy, velvety, opulent glory. Monsieur Dior once called jasmine \u201ca counterpoint to the melody of night and earth,\u201d and Kurkdjian clearly got the memo. This flower is no shrinking violet\u2014it\u2019s center stage, it\u2019s spotlighted, and we cannot wait to smell this love letter to Provence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ellis Brooklyn Queens Caramel <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019ve had a taste of Queens Caramel, and let\u2019s just say, it\u2019s dessert with a crown. Caramel, maple sugar, white chocolate, pink salt, and milky musks melt together in a gourmand that\u2019s pure decadence. It\u2019s the kind of treat that turns sweater weather into better weather, a royal indulgence (as the brand calls it), best enjoyed with your coziest knit. Forget pumpkin spice\u2014this fall, dessert is served in mist form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
