I just got the Lilac love woman and it is one of the most pure sense of lilac that I have ever smelled except for the oil, which is very similar. I absolutely love it will definitely order it again. can't wait to go out and get some comments.

A Winter Wonderland
Everyone seems to have a different opinion of Interlude and that's what I think is great about it! It's not a crowd pleaser, but if worn in the right amount and in the right climate, preferably colder, you'll definitely make your presence known and will not be forgotten in a good kind of way.The opening smells like high quality cocaine to me, for real. Then it settles down into a pleasant barbershop type of smell for a couple hours. I get why people say it has a dusty smokey vibe, but it's also pleasing and addicting at the same time. I get less of an incense with this when compared to other Amouage fragrances and more of a peppermint chocolate, minty, sorta menthol dry down. Someone told me i smelled like Christmas, but as a compliment.Interlude takes both contrasts of pleasing and challenging and blends them masterfully to create an unforgettable aura. If you're someone who likes to smell a certain way specific to the situation, then Interlude is a must have in your collection. It lasts FOREVER on clothing and is great to just to spray on your winter jacket if nothing else. Glad I finally got it!

This cologne is very good and I’m very glad I was able to first try it with Scentbird. Jubilation XXV is a cologne that once worn you will never need another introduction. People just seem to know your name. The first I was wearing this I couldn’t go anywhere without someone asking positively what scent am I wearing. Then people were even more shocked to learn that this cologne often goes for $250+. After the first week I decided to preserve my 30 day supply for special occasion, mainly date nights with my partner. Would recommend and I already placed it in my queue for the month of February. Gotta smell right for Valentine’s Day.

Very Spicy
Its for sure an acquired scent. The notes are very spicy and it is very strong. One of my co-workers who rates my monthly selections thought it made me smell like an "old woman" and definitely a no go. I get more of a pine + pepper almost like a strong gin. Probably for an older gentleman with a lot of confidence.

dark and sensual.
At first I thought they had sent me the wrong fragrance because it smelled nothing like I thought it would. I didn't even like it the 1st time I used it buy i really wanted to give it a fair chance so I used it for a few more days. it had now become one of my favorites and it absolutely kills me that a full size bottle runs almost $250. The scent is sexy, sensual, and mysterious.

Beware, but take a leap if you can afford to. Learning experience.
Trust what people say about Interlude-good and bad, they aren’t wrong, you just don’t know what they mean until you smell it. This is my first niche fragrance, high expectations, probably unrealistic expectations. Was imagining something like Dior Sauvage. Before I tried it, read the reviews, really wanted to love it. It is not “bad” but you need to dial it in just right. The opening is, HUGE and not smooth. Give it an hour and it chills TF out into something like a warm and dark Vanilla Coke, add leather, incense and patchouli. The amber and oregano sort of come off like a lumber yard. To my nose, part of it smells like a campfire. I will be trying jubilation 25, reflection and one more, don’t know what yet. I have a narrow understanding of what people mean when they talk about niche fragrances now. You’ve never smelled anything like it before, whatever it is. Educate your nose, try it out, see what you like.EDIT: I decided to add a few comments to this review, and debated changing my 3 stars to 4. I was on a business trip this week (mid November, very cold week if this helps any) in the Midwest US region. I got a much more positive response here, rather than where I am based now. If I had to guess, the East coast being more populated than the majority of the Midwest, things tend to be a little more forward and developed in most cases, fragrance profiles being one of them, this is just an off the wall guess here, not a perfumer or whatever they call themselves. The billboards and road signs, restaurants, music playing in the lobbies, everything that seemed like an observable variable to indicate what era the location was at, all pointed to these areas being a little more "old school" than my base town/area. Assuming its behind in time a little, it makes sense to me that it was well received. In more metro areas, in my experience, the noses are acclimated to the modern designer "vibe" (lol couldn't find a better word) being more synthetic and sweet as apposed to the older patchouli "vibe" this falls into for my nose. Please take this paragraph with a grain of salt, this is a way out there fringe theory that I'm sure does not stand.Try it, its worth a shot. the good I've heard from it is really good. This is a sophisticated scent. One thing i can say is the longevity has blown me away, sprayed it on a scarf on a Friday (11/08/19) and today (11/15/19) I can still smell the dry down. I smoke non menthol and I can CLEARLY smell the fragrance through the stink of smoke. I also consume a generous amount of alcohol, which greatly changes natural body order, Interlude didn't seem to mind at all, plowed right through that, but I cant determine what it would smell like without that variable present. A week later, that's pretty amazing. I've sprayed Liz Claiborne Curve liberally with that same scarf on, two times in the last week. That had entirely buggered off as most clean fragrances do. Blows my mind that I can pick out Interlude after all.Be mindful, try it in different scenarios, if you change a few things I am sure you can find a case this would do wonders for you. As far as this being advertised as a unisex scent? I can not see it. That being said, I have no experience smelling this on a woman. I'll tag some gal a bar with it and let you know how it goes.

Spicy
Spicy and lasts forever. Initially, the fragrance can be bothersome to your noses. But with time, you’ll get use to it.
